What you buy

Daelta Engine is software: a desk for the NQ cash open, delivered in a browser, with 25 functions, 68 views and a library of 102 studies on NQ and ES.

It is not a signal service, and it does not route orders.

No advice

Nothing on this site, in the Engine, in the brief, in the community or in any mail from Daelta is financial, investment, trading or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Daelta is a software publisher. It is not registered as an investment adviser, broker, dealer, commodity trading advisor or exchange in any jurisdiction. Every decision you make, and every order you send anywhere, is yours alone.

No guaranteed profit

Daelta does not guarantee any profit, hit rate or result. What a study, a level or a rule did in the past is not a promise of what it will do.

Risk of futures trading

Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Only risk capital should be used.

Any performance figure shown in the Engine is hypothetical, and the statement below applies to it.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.

The seat

One seat is one person. You sign in with the email you paid with: a one-time link, valid 15 minutes, that opens only in the browser that asked for it. There is no password.

Two devices may hold the seat at once; a third sign-in pushes the oldest out. The seat is re-checked against your subscription at least every six hours. A sign-in copied to another browser signs out both. 'Sign out everywhere' is on your account page. You must be 18 or older.

No sharing, no leaks

This is the clause the seat stands on. You may not share, lend, sell or give away a sign-in link, a session, a cookie, a device or an account. You may not screenshot, record, stream, scrape, export, copy or redistribute anything the Engine shows or computes: levels, studies, charts, the brief, scripts, data, the manual, the community.

You may not reverse engineer, probe or copy the software, the models or the data feeds, or build a competing product from them. You may not resell or sublicense the seat. Posting Engine content anywhere outside the Engine, including Discord servers, group chats and social media, is a leak.

A leak ends the seat at once, without refund, and Daelta may pursue the damage further. Paying for a seat is your acceptance of this clause.

Billing and cancellation

The seat costs $249 a month, charged through Stripe today and every month after, until you cancel. Promotion codes apply at checkout. You cancel at any time from your account through the Stripe portal; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. A started period is not refunded.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries the card; if it keeps failing, the seat closes. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

If you are a consumer in the European Union: by paying you ask for the service to start immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once it has started, because the digital service is fully delivered from the first sign-in.

Data

Market data and other content come from third parties, as they deliver it. Daelta is not responsible for it and does not warrant that any price, print, level, study or statistic is accurate, complete or timely. Feeds break, exchanges halt, sources change.

Availability

The Engine is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of uptime, including during a trading session. Daelta is not liable for any trading loss, missed trade or decision made with or without the Engine, whether it was running or not.

The brief

The desk brief is composed by software from the manual and a snapshot of the engine, and it may be wrong. It is not advice and not a signal.

Your content

Your journal, scripts, research, datasets, notes and community posts remain yours. You give Daelta the licence needed to store, run and show them to you and to whoever you share them with inside the Engine. Scripts or data you publish on the market carry the terms you set there. Daelta may remove content that breaks these terms.

Termination and liability

Daelta may end a seat for a breach of these terms, at once and without refund, and may refuse a new seat to the same person.

Daelta's total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Daelta is not liable for indirect, consequential or trading losses. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and disputes go to the competent courts of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain untouched.

Changes

Daelta may change these terms. A change is announced by email to seat holders and in #announcements, with a new version date. Using the Engine after that date is acceptance of the new version.

Privacy

What Daelta stores: your email, your subscription and your device list, at Stripe, the only database of this site; your handle, profile and messages in the community, on the engine; your journal, scripts and research, on the engine, for you alone unless you share them.

Cookies: two essential httpOnly cookies, dl_s (30 days, your seat) and dl_l (15 minutes, your sign-in request). No advertising or analytics trackers. Sign-in mail is sent through Resend. Payment data stays at Stripe; Daelta never sees your card. Ask for your data, or its deletion, on the contacts page.
